Failure to show up for your tour may result in a loss of the entire booking amount, as detailed in the tour-specific terms.
Cancellation policies for group and multi-passenger bookings may differ and are specified on the relevant tour page.
In cases of force majeure or if the operator cancels the tour, you will be notified and provided with options as per the tour's terms.
Requests for modifications to bookings should be directed to us and are subject to the operator's approval.
Refunds will be processed in the currency used for the original payment, and any conversion fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
